A colourful, fun and approachable identity that sits in contrast to the often chaotic and unpredictable journey families experience through diagnosis.
Daughter helped us to understand exactly what the purpose of our website was to be, and how we could use it to be a tool to support both our work, and that of the Parents/Carers and the Professionals we work with.Ben Cross, Administrator
Parenting Special Children provide specialist support for Berkshire families who have children and young people with special needs through a diverse range of services and expertise.
They came to us in need of a new and up to date web presence that would both save time internally through administration and offer a better tool to educate and support local families.
The bright, playful colours and geometric typography paired with an unpredictable hand written script convey a fun, bright and positive outlook to an audience looking for guidance and reassurance in the throes of a difficult diagnosis.
Through a series of content strategy workshops, user profiling, and user journey mapping, we created a information architecture to cater for the various recipients of the support. Followed closely with design and development.
